1. Terms of Service for Individual Clients
1.1 Overview
ADS Employment Services LTD provides employability and career development services to individual clients. By booking and using our services, you agree to the following terms.
1.2 Payment Terms
Full payment must be made at the time of booking. No service will be delivered without advance payment.
1.3 Cancellations and Refunds
If ADS Employment Services LTD cancels the service for any reason, a full refund will be provided. If the individual cancels the service at least 5 working days prior, a full refund will be given. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service will incur a 50% charge.
1.4 Confidentiality
All sessions are strictly confidential. No case studies, testimonials, or references to the session will be made without the explicit written consent of the client.
1.5 Data Protection
All client records and personal information are securely stored and will be permanently deleted after the clients final session with the service, in accordance with data protection regulations.
1.6 Limitation of Liability
ADS Employment Services LTD accepts no liability in any way, shape, or form for any outcomes resulting from the use of our services. All services are provided in good faith, and clients retain full responsibility for their employment decisions and outcomes.
2. Terms of Service for Group/Outplacement Services
2.1 Overview
ADS Employment Services LTD provides outplacement and group-based employment support services to organisations and groups. By booking our services, the client organisation agrees to the following terms.
2.2 Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due within 7 working days of the services being provided.
2.3 Cancellations and Refunds
If ADS Employment Services LTD cancels the service, a full refund will be issued. If the client cancels at least 5 working days before the scheduled service, a full refund will be given. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled service will incur a 50% charge.
2.4 Confidentiality
All group sessions and participant details are kept strictly confidential. No details will be disclosed publicly or used in case studies without express written consent from the participants and the client organisation.
2.5 Data Protection
All participant records and client organisation information will be securely stored and will be permanently deleted after your final session, in line with data protection laws.
2.6 Limitation of Liability
ADS Employment Services LTD is not liable in any way, shape, or form for outcomes resulting from services provided. Organisations remain responsible for how they use the guidance provided through our services.
